Wanda Whittingham, CIM, FMA

Wanda entered the financial industry in 1988 and has been a part of Worth Allaye-Chan Investment Counsel since 1998, when she moved to Vancouver. She has achieved the Canadian Investment Manager [CIM] and Financial Management Advisor [FMA] designations through the Canadian Securities Institute.

In her role, Wanda handles administration processing, deals with client service inquiries and coordinates tax information for both institutional and private clients.

Debbie Wong, CPA, CA

Debbie works closely with our team to provide comprehensive tax and wealth management solutions for our clients. Her focus is on providing practical tax advice with simple solutions.

Debbie obtained her Chartered Accountant (CA) designation in 1998 and has 10 years of experience working in public practice CA firms. Prior to joining Raymond James, she was a tax manager at Ernst & Young, specializing in individual expatriate relocation and cross-border tax planning and compliance. Debbie also has public practice experience with corporate tax and small business clients in various industries. Debbie has also completed the in-depth tax course of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Debbie has been a past member of the IIAC US Tax Committee, Tax Reporting Committee, and has been active on other ad hoc IIAC working groups. These committees advocate the interests of the Canadian financial services industry and their clients by guiding legislation with agencies such as Canada Revenue Agency and the Internal Revenue Service.

Cindy David, CFP®, CLU

Cindy provides tax-effective solutions and expertise and tailors customized, personal financial planning services to meet the life goals of our clients. With 20 years of financial planning experience and expertise, she has worked with many business owners, retired or retiring clients, and many of Vancouver’s high net worth families.

Cindy is a well-known expert in the Canadian industry. A commemorative “Award of Excellence” was presented to her in 2008 by Manulife Financial, Canada’s largest financial institution, for being one of the top three estate planners across the country. She was also recently named as one of the “50 Women of Influence in Canada's Life Insurance Industry.”

In the fall of 2009, Cindy co-authored a timely book that encapsulated the deepest economic downturn the globe has seen in decades: Financial First Aid for Canadian Investors: Stop the Bleeding, Start the Healing and Get Your Portfolio on the Road to Recovery. The book holds the distinction of being one of the top five financial books of 2009, according to Canada’s Money Sense Magazine. She has also penned a number of financial pieces for a variety of respected publications.

Janine Davies, MBA

Executive Director, Raymond James Canada Foundation

Janine Davies is Executive Director, Raymond James Canada Foundation, the national philanthropic arm of Raymond James Ltd. Janine works with Advisors to develop strategies for clients to incorporate charitable giving in to their overall financial and estate plans. She is currently a Board Member and Co-Chair of the YMCA Coquitlam Capital Campaign, Board of Governor of the Tri-Cities Chamber of Commerce, and an active member of the Canadian Association of Gift Planners (CAGP) and the Estate Planning Council Vancouver (EPCV). Janine employs a consultative approach to philanthropic advisory services. As a former financial advisor and Branch Manager in banking, Janine is in a unique position to advise. She is experienced in working with accountants, lawyers, and estate planning advisors to build charitable programs from start to finish.
